I assist with a variety of projects and clients. Activities ranged from C# Development to consulting and assistance with Small Business Network and Administration support. Performed enhancement and break/fix work with legacy VB 6 applications, as well as migrations to both VB.NET and C#.

Lead .Net Development for a small internal, and large external team base. Responsibilities included project management, task quoting, time-line preparations, team collaboration and organization, and C#.Net development. Worked primarily in Visual Studio 2008, porting PHP/mySQL Projects to ASP.NET/SQL 2005 Applications. Platform and development decisions were in my hands.

C#, VB.Net, and VB6 Design, Documentation, and Development on several business to business data exchange applications involving live rate quoting and shipment tracking. DB2 Backend, .Net front-end. Creation of minor AS/400 programs and DB2 Stored Procedures.

C# Development on large and complex multi-tiered web application. Software design using UML in Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect, and Microsoft Visio. Served as knowledge transfer liaison between Long Term Development and Enhancement teams for internal enterprise application “IC2”. Enjoyed .Net 2.0/3.5, SQL 2000/2005, XSL, Biztalk, and UML Technologies.

During my second time around at On-Net Services, I served as even more of a Lead Role than before. During my absence On-Net had grown their internal development team to five developers, which were my responsibility to guide and manage. The migration of legacy applications to .Net environments had begun, and a great number of conversion projects were completed. Projects were moved into .Net environments, mostly using C#, some with VB.NET. SQL Server remained the DBMS of choice.

Served as Lead ASP Developer for Enterprise-Wide System housed in Filenet Acenza, and maintained through Filenet Visual Workflo. Worked with FileNet’s Visual WorkFlow and Filenet Acenza. Used XML/XSL/XSLT strongly in both client-side and ASP environments, as well as, SQL Server 2000 Stored Procedure development. Developed several applications to automate the build of applications for testing and deployment. Assisted architects with application design, and assisted with training of those new to Filenet Acenza. Further built upon working knowledge of the mortgage industry. Heavy use of XSLT, XML Design, Filenet Visual Workflo, VB6 with COM+, ASP, SQL Stored Procedures, as they related to Filenet Acenza.

Engaged in team development as the ASP Lead to connect a large-scale application to SQL 2000 through COM Objects included with FileNet’s Acenza. Everyday work included writing ASP Screens and VB6 COM Business Logic, T-SQL, and a great deal of JavaScript. Use of ClearCase, Rational Rose, Access 2000, and various XML/XSLT tools assist in development. Wrote documentation to aide in knowledge transfers to client regarding the code written by my team. Earned fair knowledge of software development and architectural designs regarding the mortgage industry. Automated Filenet Acenza’s deployment through use of Filenet’s Simon, directly concerning Acenza and Filenet Visual Workflo. All work directly involved use of FileNet Products.

I was the sole internal developer for several applications for our large Not-For-Profit client base. I would see developments throughout the entire software development lifecycle, including legacy support. All out-side vendor contacts and contract developers were managed by me, and I was very much involved with hands on development. Most projects were web based, using Classic ASP, and Microsoft SQL Server. I also heavily relied on use of VB6 COM for middle tier development.
