Contract work including but not limited to; daily operations and price tracking reporting, weekly MRO inventory reporitng, generating and tracking repair and maintenance purchase orders, processing intercompany expense G/L entries, processing month end WIP and Finished Goods inventory reconciliations, process monthly G/L and bank reconciliations, process month end G/L and accrual entries.

Directly responsible for finance, accounting, accounts payable/accounts receivable, banking, purchasing, audit functions, budgeting, expense accounts, company vehicles and company insurance. Assist with policies and procedures, human resources, operations, customer relations and customer billing. Prepare a variety of financial and cost activities statements and reports including but not limited to trial balances, balance sheets, financial statements, profit-and-loss statements or statements of sourcing and application of funds. Prepare journal entries and apply into the general ledger system by collecting necessary data, analyzing and allocating costs, and preparing audit train support for the journal entries. Maintain and reconcile bank statements on a monthly basis.
