Randy began in the construction industry twenty seven years ago. Warm Builders was established in 2001 and has been very successful building custom one of a kind home in the Whistler area. In 2015 we made the bold move and have launched a new brand. One that evokes our particular skill for coordinating the activities of an astounding number of talented people as they perform a dizzying array of tasks in precisely the right order. Our new name is Ringmaster (Construction Management). Nothing else is changing, I’ll still be front and centre for every build, juggling schedules, jumping through hoops when I need to, and, cracking the whip when I have to.With our new brand we are proud to announce that we have become an Authorized Builder for Bone Structure. This is an exciting new way of building custom home that used light gauge steel framing technology to build a superior home without the all the drawbacks of wood.
