As a Navy SPECOPS veteran, I was taught to adapt and push through any barrier. As a JPRA SERE Instructor, I learned that skillful communication opens all doors. As a SWAT Law Enforcement Officer and Hostage Negotiator, I learned that any crisis is manageable through calm command presence. As a Foreign Senior Police Advisor, I learned to travel independently, work with foreign governments, and communicate complex objectives and materials.I hold a Masters in Organizational Leadership and a B.S. in Workforce Education and Training Development.After inventing the first dedicated hasty tourniquet (TAQ-STRAP) and joining the Alien Gear team, I have turned my twenty years of formal/reality based education and training toward the private industry.I understand product, process, manufacturing, sales, and the importance of decisive leadership within the executive ranks.
