Co-founder of the company. I spent most of my time working with our technical team to build out and design our vision for vertical market applications for interactive video. Working to develop our new product - "Decisis" for litigation support integrated video.

President/CEO of CommerceNet, a pioneering research and development consortium that led development of many currently used eCommerce technologies and business models including demonstration of early eCommerce XML concepts. Their research created over 50 collaborative pilot projects and published over 200 reports on emerging topics in eCommerce. At CommerceNet, he worked with the White House, U.S. Dept. of Commerce, the European Union and the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation Council on policies to encourage development of business Internet models around the world. He contributed to the White House position on eCommerce in 1997 and met with President Clinton at a special White House Internet briefing in 1998. He worked with Tom Kahlil, Science and Technology advisor to the Vice President on a Next Generation Internet research and development outreach program. He was nominated in 1999 as a special trade consultant on International eCommerce for the Department of Commerce.

Founded and managed Hewlett-Packard's entree into using the Internet as a sales and marketing channel. Established and managed a global organization responsible for R&D, engineering, content design, and marketing over the Internet. Led the initial design and deployment of www.hp.com. Responsible for companywide Internet strategies for sales and marketing efforts. Group managed the development of HP's content management technologies and production infrastructure as well as content navigation systems. Developed prototypes and trials of HP's first on-line sales systems and localized content. Had overall marketing management for the design and content structure for hp.com.
