SAROP and Assessment Clinician

Supervise therapeutic foster care families and therapeutic foster children across 9 counties.Responsible for the coordination of CFT meetings, home supervisions, inspections, authorizations, treatment plans, and crisis response.Provide education to parents and children on: mental health issues, behavior modification, parenting, anger management, and conflict resolution skills.Write and update all treatment plans for children in therapeutic foster care, and ensure that each child’s paperwork is submitted in a compliant and timely manner for authorization of care. Train and mentor new case managers on Alpha, writing treatment plans, conducting CFTs, and supervision in the home.Teach effective interventions to foster parents based on a child’s history and/or mental health diagnosis.
