• Oversee sub-contract agreements with local companies providing labor, equipment and supplies. Manage an extensive and diverse team of U.S. nationals supervising skilled and semi-skilled foreign and local nationals. Keep all parties informed of new requirements, concerns, and issues for action/resolution. • Provide oversight for administrative and operation direction to LOGCAP IV employees regarding operations. Coach, mentor, and guide department leaders, section managers, and supervisor while simultaneously managing additional services requested by the client. Direct periodic collaboration and collection of data for quality input to senior leadership team.Key Achievements• Directed a multi-national workforce while completing multimillion-dollar projects on time or early while meeting all other contractual requirements based on performance requirements and percentages.• Ensured employees complied with all LOGCAP IV, Armed Forces, and host nation standards of conduct regarding in-theater operations. • Utilized leadership acumen to provide executive oversight for operations and maintenance, food service, construction, hazardous material, waste management, QA/QC, power generation, Air OPS, Fuel and Fire.• Implemented effective training programs, oversaw equipment and material with assigned area of responsibility, and ensured resources are applied to achieve highest standards of service in alignment with client specifications.

• Directed work control, planning, infrastructure, facilities support, and plant operations. Supported future planning and developed plans with all functional areas in O&M. Generated all O&M reports as directed. Worked alongside base camp leadership to coordinate all schedule service interruptions and reported interruptions to senior management. Spearheaded maintenance, repair, minor construction, and operation of facilities to ensure cost effective and reliable support. Operated and maintained heating and cooling systems for critical areas. Key Achievements• Identified all infrastructure work required: pavements, signage, traffic control, water distribution, storm sewer systems, waste water, natural gas, oils/lubricant system, electrical distribution, power generators, and lighting.• Drove daily operations, ensured progress and compliance in all areas of Operations and Maintenance. • Kept camp leadership informed of master schedule of work (MSOW), administered contracts within areas of responsibility, and ensured a high level of customer satisfaction through delivery of quality, on-time execution.

• Supervised roads and groups, plumbing, carpentry, and allied trades ensuring compliance with SOW. Determined all services, facilities, and technical inspections in collaboration with O&M Tradesmen, Service Desk, and MSOW Manager. Key Achievements• Established a new Roads & Grounds Department from inception to full functionality. • Developed and instituted a new SOP along with a multi-national workforce still operational today and meeting all contractual requirements.

• Served as safety manager/utility construction management for 80 full time employees working mainly in the utility construction sector. Oversaw all components of the Safety Program including new hire orientation, training, safety audits, quality audits, incident/accident investigation, and promotion of a safe workplace culture through the utilization of tools including weekly tool box talks, JSA/JHA, and Activity Hazard Analysis (AHA). Key Achievements• Utilized best project management methodologies to manage jobs from award to completion including accounts payable and billable items.• Developed a behavior based safety culture and turned around a negative EMR/TCIR in excess of 1.0 to a .63.

• Oversaw all aspects of LOGCAP III Operations and Maintenance for projects and facilities including plumbing, electrical, carpentry/new construction, welding, MHE, H-VACR, roads and grounds maintenance, oversight of additional departments, and daily interaction with the Power Generation Department. Supervised and managed an international workforce with multiple shifts of over 25 individuals, and responsibilities including client facing issue resolution, project management and planning, operations and maintenance supervision, and labor and equipment capacity job planning. Oversaw safety awareness and enforcement regarding Total Safety Task. Key Achievements• Managed several hundred expatriates, and several hundred subcontract workers and host country nationals.• Oversaw operation & maintenance and construction of 1445+ buildings including housing, office space and at its peak the world’s largest Theater Internment Facility comprised of 34 compounds, housing 25,000+ detainees.
