• Analyze, organize, and calculate emissions for permitted and unpermitted sources for reports and permit applications. • Assist with preparing Class I, Title V Operating Permit renewal application for the Nevada Test and Training Range (NTTR) in compliance with the Federal Clean Air Act (CAA) and the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection (NDEP) state regulations.• Prepare applicability determination, analysis, and power point for NTTR Class II permitting. • Prepare Class II Operating Permit calculations, application, and modeling input files. • Assist with administrative and revision permit modifications for Holloman Air Force Base (HAFB) in compliance with New Mexico Environment Department (NMED) regulations. • Track, consolidate, and validate monthly data logs to generate compliance reports for Semiannual Compliance Report submittal.• Validate and input new data sources in Air Force, Air Program Information Management System data base (APIMS). • Generate monthly compliance reports for HAFB through monthly usage data input, APIMS and Enterprise Environment Safety and Occupational Health-Management Information System (EESOH-MIS) data imports, and EESOH-MIS Cognos reports into HAFB Emissions Management Module Tracking (EMM Track) database. • Develop Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), and Integrated Work Document (IWD).

Organized, managed, and directed numerous field sampling campaigns for groundwater and pore gas monitoring for the Corrective Actions Program (CAP) at Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL). Generated schedules, logbooks, field reports, and data collection spreadsheet. Selected and procured equipment, managed calibrated equipment, and resolved issues concerning field equipment.
