I have been in my occupation as a nurse for 21+ years. I adapt well to change, I am prompt, and arise to challenges. I have done leadership roles, yearly education reviews, and EPIC training. I have assisted in the hiring process, a shared governance lead, preceptorship, and LEAN concepts. I recently obtained my BSN in nursing. I have worked in Med-Surg area, Emergency Nursing, and recently -Psychiatric Nursing. Most of my time has been spent in emergency medicine. I love being a nurse and helping my patients become healthier and more independent with their health, educating them to make those healthier choices.
