I am the CTO and Overseas Operations Head of ChatLead.com Inc, a Software-as-a-Service company specializing in building domain specific, AI driven, Omni-Channel Messaging platforms for Automotive, Marine, RV Industries, Legal and Home Service Business. At ChatLead, we have built a modern, scalable, cloud enabled, messaging and lead generation platform. With over a thousand business houses in US and Canada, using our platform for their digital concierge experience we have used our AI driven visitor experience engine and engaged with more than a 1 Billion website visitors resulting in over 10 Million conversations and around 6 Million Leads over a decade.With a team-size of over 250, we have engineers, customer support executives, product specialists and chat operators, across the globe working from USA, India and Philippines. I am also the founder Director and the Chief Executive Officer of Nature Technologies Pvt. Ltd. a global software development company.I had been very lucky to have the opportunity of experiencing almost all the key roles in software product development in my professional career spanning over two and half decades.Initially I started my career as a Software Engineer and worked on diverse technologies and domains. I have worked on Java/J2EE, SQL Server, GNU C++, Python, WDMI Drivers, Wireless Communication, Visual C++, eVC++, ThreadX, Portable Embedded Graphics libraries, NMEA and CAN Bus.Then as a Technical Leader, Enterprise Architect and a Product Manager I worked on building enterprise solutions and products for Marine Electronics, Analytics, Test & Measurements, Healthcare, Nano technology, Instrumentation, Wireless Security, Banking/Finance and Insurance. Finally in 2005, I co-founded Nature Technologies Pvt Ltd, a global software product development partner for SaaS Startups and Product Development Companies. Nature has successfully developed and delivered seven products and platforms for US and European customers. Our build, operate and transfer model has enabled startups and SaaS ventures go to market with low initial investments and succeed over time.Having been CTO of multiple clients, I had the privilege of being able to create a niche position for these brands in the US and European markets and representing the brands in a very competitive market and tech shows. I have managed diverse roles for them spanning from managing their technology partnerships, customer support, competitor study, technology acquisition and representing them in product demos across the globe in conferences and public webinars.
