I am a senior sales and marketing executive with Penta Properties International, a 27-year-old company, which has its head office in Sydney and offices in Melbourne, Jakarta and Surabaya.I mostly specialize in new builds – house and land packages – but given my longevity in the industry and the market, a great deal of my business comes through repeat business and referrals, so I am equally comfortable handling established home sales.It’s all a matter of what the client is looking for, and I am discriminating in matching product with buyer, which leads to timely, successful purchases for my clients.I travel to Jakarta every three months to showcase mainly Sydney and Melbourne property. There I generally see two types of buyers: the property investors looking for rental returns and the parents establishing themselves as property owners in Australia to house children who are studying here.I came to Australia from the Philippines with my parents. I began my professional career in the printing industry, in off-set printing. After 20 years with that industry, I moved into real estate full time, having started part-time with Penta Properties International some eight years prior.I have a strong community focus and am passionate about supporting things happening in the community. I regularly sponsor events such as cultural events, concerts, pageants, and artist performances in the Filipino community.I am passionate about connecting people and property. I believe in real estate as an investment strategy. It doesn’t fail you; and I’ve seen Sydney through its seven to 10-year cycles for more than 30 years, both as a resident and a property investor myself.I love helping people with their real estate needs and being out in the marketplace with people rather than in an office.
