I recently graduated from the Java/Full-Stack development course at Tech Elevator. I'm extremely passionate about mentorship; I want to receive it so that I can give it when it's my turn. I firmly believe that a well-run team is stronger than the sum of its parts and I am extremely excited to be a part of such a team.As a public school music teacher, I was most fulfilled when my students were empowered to improve themselves. On a personal level, this meant constantly learning new things that caught my interest: juggling, aquariums, and eventually programming. Once programming became more than a hobby, it became my goal for a future career. I’m currently working at NextGen Federal Systems and I’m thrilled to be a part of such a high-quality organization. Great team members and fascinating projects. Every day is a chance to learn!
