• Ensure adherence to month end close calendar activities (Payroll process, Intercompany transactions, AP & AR, Fixed assets, Bank reconciliations, Accruals and provisions) prior to GL closure. • Update vendor creations requests for non trade suppliers• Upload Goods received notes to the Lawson Infor M3 ERP and complete purchase reconciliations• Ensure Balance sheet related schedules are submitted prior to ledger close as per the agreed timelines• Process advance settlements ( Cash, Credit card and Foreign Travel)• Upload monthly spot and revaluation exchange rates in the Lawson Infor M3 (Movex) ERP• Supervision of the annual audit/ Tax submission process and liaising with the relevant stakeholders to ensure proper sign off• Liaising with SBU CFO’s, Finance and other teams on query handling• Provide MI on General Ledger related activities to the Service Delivery / Management• Managing the control framework and governance to facilitate the operational requirements• Responsible for Annual/Bi annual Performance management of the team• Driving process improvements to enhance the overall processes in operations

• Ensure adherence to month end close calendar activities (Payroll process, Intercompany transactions, AP & AR, Fixed assets, Bank reconciliations, Accruals and provisions) prior to GL closure.• Review Monthly Procurement P&L process and related MI• Upload monthly spot and revaluation exchange rates in the Lawson Infor M3 (Movex) ERP• Provide MI (Service level agreements and KPIs) on operational activities• Support onsite due diligence by provision of management information (MI) in order to support the Business Transfer with one of the world’s biggest BPO giants • Managing the Analytics team to deliver research outputs, descriptive analyses and predictive analytics reports which included areas such as Indirect Procurement, Seasonal Apparel Style Developments of two Clusters, and few categories of Apparel Imports of the United States; and assisting to drive the governance framework to support reduce attrition among the Worker Staff Category of one of the Group’s Subsidiaries• Preparation of control framework and governance to facilitate the operational requirements in General Ledger Team and Procurement Team• Driving process improvements to enhance the overall processes in General ledger, Procurement and Bank Reconciliation team. • Designing Goals and KPI for the Projects team and the Analytics team to facilitate the Performance appraisals• Support Non-operational initiatives specially to encourage employee engagement
