Reports can be generate either by graphically or text.2. I Developed Retention Management System for Finance DivisionIt maintained all details of Projects. It keeps Contracts Retentions and Received Retentions details from all Branches. After receiving retentions it gives privileges to release retention according to Directors Approvals. It maintained User Levels and Privileges and Monitor all transactions by maintaining system audit log. Reports Generated according to user’s choice at each level.

(It collects over 10 billion worth of assets details per year from all camps in Sri Lanka) 2. Personal Information System Developed for Collecting all Personal Details of all ranks working in Sri Lanka Army 3. Benevolent Fund Managing Systems Developed for all 25 Regiment’s Units to Handle all Benevolent Fund Transactions4. Student Management System Developed for Kothalawala Defense University to maintain student’s details to decision making and get reports 5. Personal Information System for three forces officers Developed for Ministry of Defense to decision making about all senior officers in three forces.
