My academic journey instilled in me a passion for innovation and a data-driven approach to problem-solving, which I've carried throughout my career.With over two decades of experience in the tech industry, I've had the privilege of working with industry giants like Microsoft, Oracle, analytics providers such as Fractal / Infosys / Mu Sigma and management consulting firms including Booz Allen and IBM. As Vice President of Technology Innovation Group at Sutherland, I've led cross-functional teams in developing AI/ML products that revolutionize customer experience across various sectors. My tenure as Chief Product Officer at Binomial Systems allowed me to further hone my skills in product management and innovation, particularly in the realms of CX, CRM, sales, and marketing analytics.Looking ahead, I'm excited to continue pushing the boundaries of AI/ML applications in enhancing customer experiences, particularly within the cloud technology space.
