At V4 Company, I served as a Project Manager (PMO), overseeing two dynamic teams comprising traffic managers, designers, and copywriters each. In this pivotal role, my primary responsibility was fostering client relationships and ensuring the seamless fulfillment of their requests through effective collaboration with the teams to deliver optimal results in terms of sales and lead generation. My performance played a pivotal role in substantially enhancing the company's client retention rates, attesting to my commitment to delivering excellence and achieving tangible business outcomes. Soluz is a project of my own that I started in 2012. As I am a musician and graduated in administration, with managing parents, I realized, after receiving an invitation from a friend, a market that has not yet been explored in Montes Claros City: professional musicians for events. After some studies and partnerships, I saw that it was possible to open a music agency and live off it. With Soluz I learned to work as a team and lead people. I learned to negotiate until I organized the logistics of the events, predicting errors and unwanted situations, so that nothing would disturb the event. I managed to turn a dream into reality.

Acted as a full-time consultant for 3 months Managing ads on Facebook Business, providing KPIs analysis through SMART objectives aligned with the main objective of the company: Sales. Presentation of weekly report accompanied by suggestions for eCommerce based on data analyzed in Google Analytics. Implementation and expansion of new traffic channels in order to balance the share of traffic origin.

During the 2020 elections, I worked together with a team of 3 professionals in order to meet a demand from more than 60 users among candidates for city councilors and mayors in the region. We aimed to make them able to make ads related to social issues, elections, or politics on Facebook and Instagram and then serve ads targeted to their audiences in addition to monitoring metrics for better investment-related guidance. Because many candidates are laypeople, in the social media, we had to follow up by instructing them on how to recover passwords, even creating a new account, in addition to requesting account unlocking for violation of Facebook privacy policies committed, and unknown, by candidates.
