• Responsible for full service equipment rental center including implementation of new reservation procedures, equipment maintenance, repair and purchasing, and implementation of new fiscal oversight policies. • Designed and executed staff training and scheduling.• Oversaw payroll and scheduling for 10 person staff.• Tracked and reconciled multiple revenue streams for program and reconciled against University records including intra-program and interdepartmental transfers. • Designed and implemented marketing plan including on-campus advertising, resource fairs, presentation, print and web advertising. • Maintained program web site content using Dreamweaver 8.0. • Maintained Microsoft Access Database for equipment, trip, and class reservations.• Led backpack trips to Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, dog sledding in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, inaugural SCUBA diving trip to Panama, and Freshman Sea Kayaking trip to Ontario, Canada.
