Manager - Service Marketing
Current* Lead aftersales marketing initiatives, enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and brand loyalty, whilst maximizing the vehicle throughput in workshops and revenue potential of aftersales services.* Create and execute comprehensive aftersales marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives.* Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends in aftersales services.* Plan, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns focused on service promotions, customer engagement, and retention.* Working closely with sales, customer service, and product teams to ensure a cohesive approach to aftersales marketing.* Developing programs and communication strategies to enhance customer relationships and drive repeat business.* Establishing KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjusting strategies based on performance data.* Overseeing the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and digital content, to promote aftersales services.* Managing the aftersales marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals.* Leading and mentoring the aftersales marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.* Serve as the primary point of contact for all aftersales-related communications with principals, as designated by the General Manager (Technical).* Maximizing the efficient use of lubricant service capacity in the workshops.
