Business Analyst, Route Revenue Department,Key Responsibilities: Drive Air Asia Indonesia route revenue by achieving desirable load factor over given Break Even Point, through below scope of work:- Maximize revenue by determining seats price for Indonesia domestic routes through detailed analysis of market demand - Produce competitor analysis of various Indonesia airline sectors- Generate various reports to Air Asia Malaysia and Indonesia management, including but not limited… Show more Business Analyst, Route Revenue Department,Key Responsibilities: Drive Air Asia Indonesia route revenue by achieving desirable load factor over given Break Even Point, through below scope of work:- Maximize revenue by determining seats price for Indonesia domestic routes through detailed analysis of market demand - Produce competitor analysis of various Indonesia airline sectors- Generate various reports to Air Asia Malaysia and Indonesia management, including but not limited to daily sales pick up, revenue, load factors and monthly revenue forecast- Coordinate the distribution of information to scheduling team with regards to capacity management, upload of fares and maintain seat inventories - Develop AirAsia Indonesia promo planning for route revenue department, including but not limited to leading the development of promo fares based on the route’s current performance and competitor analysis- Liaise with Sales, Distribution and Marketing Team to ensure high performance on assigned routes, especially.ACHIEVEMENT: - Achieved a total revenue of USD 30 million in 2012 for 4 domestic routes in Air Asia Indonesia, resulting in the increase of responsibility to manage 8 routes with the total target of over USD 100 million annually, including high profile routes such as Jakarta-Bali and Jakarta-Jogja route. - Successfully boost the performance of newly assigned routes in 2013 within a short frame of time. Exmples includes Jakarta-Bali route, which resulted in an 8% increase of load factor and 15% (10.8 mio USD to 15.5 mio USD), revenue year on year, and for Jakarta-Yogyakarta route with an increased performance of 15% for both load factor and revenue (3.4 mio USD to 4.1mio USD) resulting adding frequency from 3 to 4 times daily.- Successfully manage routes that were previously difficult in terms of market and competitors, such as BDOPKU and BDOSUB route, and resulted in AirAsia taking over the main competitor’s leading position.
