Emergency and Crisis Accommodation and support for youth experiencing homelessness and a number of complex issues.Provide 10 week programme to individual youth to connect, resource and develop positive outcomes.

Emergency and Crisis Accommodation and support for members of the community experiencing homelessness and escaping family / domestic violence.Provide support with day to day living skills, cooking, cleanliness and hygiene.

Employment located across Queensland from Rockhampton (North) to Woodridge South)Provide care, mentoring and support to at-risk youth in a therapeutic, residential environment.Provide supervised Parental Access, transportation to children and youth in foster care environment.Report writing and case notes recording.

• Provide Strength based intervention with children and families across four rural schools• Provide Case Management (Strength Based approach) • Early intervention and prevention with children aged 5 – 14 years old • Advocate for child and Liaise with Parents • Assess needs and Implement Children/Parenting programs• Provide programmes to strengthen children’s social relationships and communication, build positive identity , strengthen resilience and ability to manage grief, loss and change •• Collaborate with networks, non profit organizations, Government departments to ensure clients have access to services that assist with better outcomes

Working with whanau (medium/high) needs through home visiting, whanau learning programmes and group support. Manage Health and Wellbeing of 25 children/parents Promote and improve positive parenting skills, confident family functioning, relationships and mental outlook and learning and development opportunities for children.Manage two part time kaiawhina (support workers) including case managementAchieve the organisation’s targets for caseload and completed client sessions asdesignated for the program. Data reporting to Management committee

• Maintain Statutory obligations• Provide Case management of high risk children• Investigation and Assessment of Child Protection issues• Co facilitate Family Group Conference• Liaise with Foster Carers and provide support to children in care• Provide written reports to Family and Youth Court and other organizations• Interview clients individually, in families, or in groups, assessing their situations, capabilities, and problems, to determine what services are required to meet their needs• Arrange for medical, and other tests that may disclose causes of difficulties and indicate remedial measures• Multi agencies working together in collaboration with strengthening families
