Provide project or program support to functional and business process. Monitor project status, apply knowledge of and experience in Centers operations to assist in the development, implementation, and administration of program or system guidelines and procedures. Compile, create reports, Provide technical support, data extraction , audit, review, tracking.

Active user of Agile Product lifecycle Management. Validate test results using Minitab software, collaborate with engineers and project managers in various departments to prepare project reports. Calibrate and operate various lab equipment such as Instron, Mircrovu and other needle testing equipment. For new product, perform testing of critical characteristics in compliance with company policies and business practices including FDA (Food and Drug Administration) regulations, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ISO (International Organization for Standardization) requirements. Perform audits to meet validation plan. Train co-workers on protocol.

Maintain high volume indexing, scanning, and archiving of outpatient health records. Handle confidential and extremely time sensitive materials. Ensure adherence to HIPAA, HITECH, State and Federal laws as well as the hospital guidelines, safety and security procedures. Perform medical record audits.

Administer and audit CPOE (Computer Physician Order Entry) at go-live period. Support workflow analysis, design and build sessions with subject matter experts (physicians, nursing and other clinical and professional personnel). Provide clerical support to management staff.
