Responsible for complete handling of Recruitment Life to identify qualified candidates based on skills, knowledge, education, experience, etc.• Effective interaction with the prospective clients to understand their requirements, job description, and dates of recruitment.• Handling client calls for gathering requirements for delivering solutions for Contract, Contract to Hire as well as Full Time Positions.• Handling client visits at Bangalore, Mumbai and Chennai locations for providing recruitment solutions for their demands.• Heading the delivery team of 7 recruiters and driving them to get the best quality of resumes available for the skills which are required by the client.• Keep checks with the Technical as well the Sales Teams regarding the different positions and about their progress.• Responsible in conducting and coordinating Mega Drives for various skills and lining up the candidates accordingly.• Responsible in filling up the Pre-employment form from the candidate before the interview along with their documents and send it across to the Management Panel before the start of interview.• Responsible for handing salary negotiation calls with the selected candidates and hand over the Offer/Appointment Letter to the candidates.• Share the feedback with the Team to Schedule the candidate as per the Time slot provided by the Client.• Follow up with the candidates for collecting their documents for roll-out of the offer.• Maintaining a standard resume database and keeping track of candidates.
