A public health professional, worked extensively in Government programmes, research studies and national health surveys by MoHFW.Currently working in National Institute of Health (NIH) funded research study entitled "Precision- Cardiometabolic Risk Reduction Study in South Asia (P- CARRS)" in Centre for Chronic Disease Control (CCDC) with collaborating partners - Emory University, All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) New Delhi, Madras Diabetes Research Foundation (MDRF) Chennai, CSIR - IGIB.Experienced working in Global fund (GFATM) funded Intensified Malaria Elimination Program 2 (IMEP 2), MoHFW governed health surveys in India like National Family Health Survey 5 (NFHS 5) , Longitudinal Ageing Study in India (LASI phase 1), HIV Self testing (HIVSS) project by ILO.Posted in multiple states in India like North Eastern states, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, Bihar, Goa, Maharashtra and Delhi during my tenure.Varied experience in project management, capacity building, training, liaison with Government officials in different states, monitoring, supervision and handling large health workforce.A determined and diligent individual who seeks for quality work, and focused to improve global health.Believes in creative work and enabling environment, love to explore new places, learn new languages and culture, avid reader and strong peace supporter.
