Rani holds a Bachelor's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Diponegoro University She is currently a Project Manager at Arkom Indonesia who is responsible for managing projects, facilitating women-led communities, and partnering with several institutions. She is well-versed in multiple urban planning areas, particularly those involving participatory and GEDSI frameworks. With more than three years of experience in participatory and community-driven approaches, she has developed a strong background in community engagement, policy analysis, and stakeholder engagement. Her work with Arkom Indonesia has equipped her with expertise in project management, monitoring, and evaluation. These experiences have honed her ability to engage with and manage individuals from diverse backgrounds, resulting in excellent interpersonal skills.She is also engaging with international networks, which include the Asian Coalition for Housing Rights (ACHR) and Community Architect Network (CAN) Asia to aim for adequate housing for all.Along with her experiences, she developed strong interpersonal skills, analytical and critical thinking. She is a dynamic and motivated individual with a great willingness to learn and the ability to easily adapt.
