Current✓ Serving for the past three year as the managing economist of 4 client firms, supervising 5 economists and reporting directly to the company’s CEO. Formerly served as a junior economist. ✓ Overseeing the team’s projects and tasks E2E, including conducting economic profitability and feasibility analyses, setting annual goals and monitoring their implementation.✓ Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual performance reports and output forecasts for management.✓ Interfacing with clients’ external information systems (e.g., SAP - Netivei Israel; Segment - The Ministry of Defense; Ariva - Google; StorNext - Refael) as well as two project management and internal accounting platforms (Admiral and Masterplan).✓ Building work plans according to deliverable KPI, analyzing and optimizing traffic and data usage, and tracking progress for the client in frequent management, accounting and analytics reports. ✓ Working closely with accountants and bookkeepers to prepare price quotes, review contracts, charge clients and handle tax documents.✓ Managing day-to-day office finances, including bidding, contract negotiations, insurance, accounts, collection, cash flow and expense analysis.✓ Prioritizing tasks according to urgency and executing them efficiently.
