As the Podcast Manager for the Yemeni team, my responsibilities included:- Organizing and leading meetings to ensure effective communication and coordination among team members.- Overseeing task distribution and monitoring progress to ensure that everyone met their responsibilities.- Acting as the primary point of contact between Amideast and the exchange team, facilitating smooth communication and coordination.- Managing the project timeline to ensure all tasks were completed on schedule and to the required quality standards.The podcast, created in collaboration with an American team, focused on global issues such as climate change, exploring its causes, impacts, and potential solutions.This role provided me with valuable leadership experience, enhancing my storytelling skills and deepening my understanding of diverse cultures.
