 Attend all required meetings during the design stages with all Parties (client, subconsultants, specialists, vendors, suppliers …) Provide and support the team with technical requirements and details. Review and coordinate between all the project different disciplines. Attend & coordinate all required meeting in the site during the project execution. Working closely with clients to facilitate project implementation. Manage the project starting from the concept till the construction package, by coordinating between the different teams and reviewing all working details to reach the construction documents. Preparing urban planning design and construction documents. Revising all workshop drawings submitted by the contractors. Preparing due diligence reports. Quality control & review for the submitting packages. Manage and participate in preparing the project time schedule as per the contract andthe client requirements to fulfil all the submissions in time with a proper quality. Manage & participate in preparing the invoices of the project as per the contract and the submissions. Manage and participate in preparing the sub-consultants, contracts, invoices...etc. Participate in preparing the technical and financial proposals. Preparing drawings list & check list for each submission to be shared among the team.
