• Managing the digital distribution business unit including financial targets, people, content production & distribution workflows, product development for Muzicup and relations with digital channels and OTTs.• Developing relations with existing digital channels on different OTTs platforms (music & video streaming) and work on acquiring new platforms for different OTTs including but not limited to Youtube, Apple iTunes, Spotify, etc.• Acquire new music and video channels.• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.• Product development of muzicup platform road map including enhancements for content distribution processes across whole MENA region.• Working closely with Engineering teams to deliver new features with quick time-to-market.• Ensure content production, upload, and distribution efficiency across different channels

• Assign, coordinate and follow up service delivery tasks with product specialists to ensure content update. • Work closely with technical team (delivery coordinator and operations) to ensure the suitable support for content processing, delivery and publication. • Provide recommendations to improve service delivery and / or increase P&S usage (number of downloads, number of subscribers, etc) and maximize its profitability. • Obtain sales information on time addressing customer areas. • Collect information from customer’s and Qanawat’s areas to produce periodical service reports (sales information, marketing campaigns information, incident status, open action points, etc).

* Serve as an essential liaison between the designer team and clientele, allowing the former to focus solely on creativity. Understands both the wishes of the customer and the strengths of the company, reconciling these two aspects to advice in the creation of an effective marketing project. * It is then crucial for the Account Executive to also play the role of salesman, promoting the designers' work and emphasizing company professionalism.
