Rania is a Tavistock trained psychodynamic systemic Supervisor for Coaching and Consultancy. She has gained a professional Certificate in Coaching as well as a MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Science with Distinction at Henley Business School, University of Reading and has been working with individuals from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds as a Leadership Coach and Coaching Supervisor. Her research focused on empowering change leaders in four multinational organisations to harness the challenges of today’s volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous organisational environment. Coaching themes she covered include strategy & leadership within permanent organisational change and transition, behavioural change, how to leverage diversity as an asset, as well as career and leadership development. As a shadow coach, Rania uses her skills developed as an anthropologist to focus especially on themes that are beyond the obvious and conscious, e.g. the individual maximum communicative power, challenges and opportunities within a given organisational cultural context, or even the individual’s habitus changing over time and place.
