Support the execution of the editorial strategies (campaign, seasonal, event and product specific)Manage the press requests, send outs and returns / International shoots support.• Daily administrative assistance to the Press and Media Manager.• Maintain and merchandise the showroom to a high standard.• Ensure smooth running of the press showroom.• Assist with showroom appointments.• Create opportunity and manage product placements in line with product marketing calendar• Monitor fashion trend in the local market, select seasonal PR samples from Gucci fashion show and create lookbooks for editorial purpose.• Monitor, analyze and report about the results on press coverage and press editorials negotiations using DMR• Responsible for the accurate and efficient stock control of all press samples using Fashion GPS• Assist in the ongoing maintenance of the press rack (dry cleaning, alterations etc.)• Proactively accessing DMR website and Carma website to gauge editorial performance each month• Constantly updating the Media List as per changes in editors/journalists• Ability to identify talents that fit the image of the brand and cultivate relationships• Push key products to celebrities, and press for exposure, share press materials, make sure all press material are available after every collection launch.• Maintain good relationship with all media and stylists to maximize editorial coverage.• Manage with global press attendance at international events, launches, giftings and seedings.• Monitor presence on social media of Key Influencers qnd celebrities (monthly and following gifting campaigns) • Assist in the organization of press trips, Fashion week and Events
