A graduate of Montclair State University, Rania earned her BA in psychology while concurrently studying business and marketing. Her academic background enables her to approach marketing using both demographic and psychographic studies. Her goal is never to simply “sell a product,” but to establish a loyal company-customer relationship and strong brand identity. Her skills awarded her the position of Digital Marketing Manager at Hudson Integrated shortly after graduating.As head of the social media marketing department, Rania develops complex social strategies for clients in various industries and implements extensive marketing campaigns to help each client's goals come to fruition. She also leads the social media team, hiring and training all new hires to follow best practices and understand clients’ needs. Rania oversees all client social media accounts, constantly working to ensure goals are being met and exceeded . Her creativity and determination are unsurpassed, and her work speaks for itself. Rania is also a freelance model, a career she began while obtaining her degree. She has worked as a spokesmodel for Evian, Warner Brothers, and VH1, to name a few, helping to market each company’s products both innovatively and effectively.
