Established the Digital Media Department at Media & More with entrepreneurial spirit in June 2009; where I had to go through the whole process from establishing and managing the department to acquiring clients, achieving excellent results, positioning the company in the Digital Media field, and building a good reputation in the market.During my work at Media & More I managed to acquire over 200 clients, on top of the list comes Nestle, L'oreal, Al Ahram Beverages, Best Cheese Company and Dreem Mashreq. Main responsibilities at Media & More:- Creating and managing the department. This included department planning and budgeting, business development, technical back office as well as establishing work processes and a building a team.- Forming strategic alliances to create and develop the department as well as hiring and budgeting for a team.- Managing the business unit with pioneer spirit and with the capacity to create a flourishing business from scratch. Create and manage the Digital Media department:- Set the strategic plan of the department- Hire, budgeting, sales plans and forecasting, build a team and enhance its development- Set strategy of web department and create tools to achieve its objectives- Set up a technical team and manage it- Set the time plans, deadlines, and assign work to staff.- Responsible for the online marketing for the company’s own projects (what women want, 3alkanaba.com and the travel mag) Business Development:- Acquire and manage new clients- Manage presentations and client meetings for web projects- Prepare proposals, offers and contracts- Enhance, maintain and manage sales contacts in terms of pre- and post-sales- Client liaison Created the department plan and included the following services:- Online Marketing Campaigns- Web Design & Development- Multimedia Design and Animation- Social Media Management- Web Application Development- Video Production & Editing- Web Presence Management
