Main Duty1. Responsible for sales & marketing strategies.2. Accountable for reaching and exceeding the company annual/monthly sale targets.3. Integrate CR's services into existing areas.4. Supporting to all Exhibitions/Events.5. Identifying new opportunities and entry point for our products and services.6. Close relationship and support clients, sales and operations management activities.Scope of workTake ownership of key account customer in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical industry and expand new market in food & beverage, automotive industry and other industry as assigned from Sales and Marketing Manager.1. Identity and participle in the detailed formulating of the business strategies.2. Supporting to all event/seminars for brand development and brand image to existing and potential clients.3. Develop a plan to penetrate and execute the plan to penetrate new market and industries.4. Develop a plan/Strategy and execute the plan to increase the number of "constant presence" Contracts5. Assure close relationship, entertaining and co-ordination with sales personnel & division managers for sales & marketing works.6. Support to Estimator and Operations to get necessary information (scope clearing, site survey ,follow up by email) for establish proposal, quotation and / or budgetary proposal to ensure submission by due date.7. To take ownership of the enquiries received and guide them through CR Asia's internal processes including follow up with the clients.8. Secure more long term maintenance contract and maintain current contract including continuous improvement and increasing relationship with customer.9. Contribute on support Sales team to meet the agreed Key Performance Indicators in part of Sales & Marketing area.10. Follow company policies and procedures to compliance with QUENSH Management System standard requirement.

- Follow the tender information. In order to obtain the information Details of the bidding project- Study the bidding documents (Tor, ITB, etc.) to prepare Project Briefing for proposing to relevant parties- Prepare proposal documents and price estimation (Proposal Packages)- Follow up on bidding results, prepare Bid Clarifications documents- Establish new account by exploring, approaching and presenting company to new customer for promoting company’s scope of service.- Confer or consult with department heads to plan sales and marketing activities, the presenting approach strategy to lead of customer.- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations.- To follow up the result of each quotation, plan for sales close and collect data of other competitors.- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meeting, telephone calls and e-mail.- Document preparation and control, including ISO 17020, AVL other related important document.- Comply with the rules and regulations of the company.- Other duties as assigned.
