Out of the thousands of applicants, I secured my position among the 12 management trainees for Hayleys PLC, facing a well-choreographed recruitment process. Site engineer - Mehevara project (Ministry of labour) Responsible for the implementation of CCTV, PA and Access control systems.  Leading a team of supervisors and technicians. Designing fire protection and detection systems for High-rise projects. Trained on ‘Occupational health and safety management systems’ (ISO 45000:2018) and ‘work at height’.Project analyst Analyzing project performance using parameters such as SPI/CPI.  Preparing financial forecasts for projects as well the entire division using Time series and regression models. Preparing invoicing plans and debt collection plans to meet targets. Reconciliation of project related WIP by comparing SAP details against actuals.

 Hands on technical exposure to CNC systems, PLC programming and troubleshooting, CAD/CAM, drilling, milling and lathe. Experience in preventive maintenance procedures, lean manufacturing, six-sigma and 5s.
