• QC-Engineer for a high-end high rise condominium building;• Review/study approved submittals (i.e. plans/for construction drawings, shop drawings and cutting lists, schedules/construction bulletins, methodologies/method statements) prior to inspection;• Conduct pre-concreting inspection together with 3rd-party inspectors to ensure all works are done based on the approved submittals;• Issue progress inspection or observation reports to responsible sub-contractors for all observations that needs corrective action and other quality issues that needs to be addressed immediately. And likewise address and resolve all observation or inspection reports issued by 3rd-party inspectors;• Recommend remedial action for issues that can be resolved immediately based on established construction notes and specifications;• Raise concern and propose valid solution for observed conflicts on approved plans versus actual site execution/condition to Operations and Technical Support Department for submission of necessary request for information or consultant’s approval;• Issue Non-Conformance Report (NCR) for all works that are not compliant to the approved submittals and/or re-works that would implicate additional costs. As well as address and resolve all NCRs issued by 3rd-party inspectors; And coordinate to Operations, Methods & Technical Support department all the issues that will require rectification methodologies duly approved by consultant and, make sure all these will be complied upon execution;• Approve/confirm all concreting works once inspection has been done and all observations were already closed and resolved;• Conduct post-concreting inspection to check if all casted structures met the desired dimension, shape, setting-out and surface quality. Issue observation/punchlist on all observed quality issues and make sure all these are rectified and done prior to handover to Architectural & MEPFPS contractor.

• Site Engineer/Office Engineer/QAQC Engineer for a Semi-conductor Production Facility Building;• Review approved plans, schedules, drawings and methodologies prior to implementation on site.• Prepare daily works schedules and deploy required manpower for scheduled activities;• Prepare daily accomplishment reports as well as monitoring & inspection reports of materials and equipment; prepare purchase request for necessary material requisitions;• Supervise all admin & sub-contractor works (civil, structural & architectural works) and ensure proper implementation and compliance to approved plans, schedules, drawings methodologies and specifications;• Raise/coordinate to PIC or Project Manager all issues and concern during site implementation to discuss possible solutions;• Assist in preparing necessary shop drawings for site implementation;• Assist 3rd-party inspectors during pre-concreting inspection and ensure all their observations are addressed and resolved prior to pouring;• Assist 3rd-party inspectors during post-concreting inspection/punchlisting and ensure all their observations are addressed and resolved based on client’s acceptance parameters;• Address and resolve all Non-conformance report issued by 3rd-party inspectors;• Evaluate and process sub-contractor billings.
