About Raniere A. Poffo

Since 1990 I work professionally in the IT area. I have an MBA in Project Management from FGV. In my last job I stayed for almost 27 years. Thanks to the culture and dynamics of constant evolution of the company, its innovation initiatives, its process improvements and its projects, made this long journey of constant challenges which allowed me to acquire knowledge and experience. In the last 10 years I have worked intensively on Innovation projects linked to the company's strategy. Expansion projects, projects to update technologies such as RFID, development of apps, specialist systems (e-commerce, commercial, budget, marketing, LGPD, product development and management, logistics, WMS, information management, etc.. ), process improvements and deployment of world-class third-party systems. Always working as a team, with the effort and collaboration of colleagues, peers and directors, each delivery, each challenge overcome allowed me to build my journey. Following the company's culture and using internal tools developed by IT itself (Agile/Kanban), I accompanied the board, management and "key users" on the projects and the service and support for the legacy. I believe that challenges are my motivation. Without challenges, without changes there is routine, and in routine evolution and knowledge are impacted, they happen slowly. Therefore, I try to look for environments that provide research, innovation, that believe in and invest in people as a key success factor. Investments are vital to stay strong in the future and increase the chances of success against competitors. This motivates me to always follow and grow with professionalism and ethics.
