European Space Agency- Earth Observation Graphic Bureau (EOGB) project manager. The role foresees:• contract management. reporting. special projects management (mobile apps,videos, augmented reality, digital publications, cartoons)• customer management• counselling on communication projects• copy services and storyboarding on request• instructional design services on requestThis service is managed as a ReMedia Italia representative. In behalf of ESA I've managed the publication of three apps: ESA Swarm app, EOHB for natural disasters, EOHB for Climate change and several videos also for the Copernicus programme.Outside EOGB contract, I've managed the realisation of several communication and learning projects for different customers or other ESA departments. I've worked and I'm still working for:- ESA HR: PM for an internal communication campaign (new branding and launch of new activities)- CERN: storyboarding and PM of the realisation of the touch-book/mobile app: "The Alphabet of the Universe"​, for tablet iOS, android and Kindle- INGV: realisation of two videos and consultant for the dissemination of a EU Project.- INGV: e-learning strategic consultant for the Envriplus project- Frascati Scienza: PM of the realisation of the corporate mobile app- La Sapienza/MIUR: storyboarding and PM of the realisation of Cambio stile, an EDU touch-book/ on the EXPO topics, developed in three languages and two versions, for primary and secondary schools. Available for free in the App, Play store and Amazon store.- ESA IT department: PM for of the creation of the brand image, several promo tools, 2 videos and 3 teasers to promote the International space app hackaton.- CLASS: Teacher on the course "How to create the first CLASS digital magazine"​, on the module: strategy and tools of the digital world.- ESA Edu department: PM for "How to teach geography at school, through remote sensing"​. The team involved in the project was based in different EU states.

Communication Consultant for the ESA Technology Office of the Ground Segment, under the SPROM contract(Promotion services for the technology platforms of the Segment). Managing a team of art directors and developers, I’ve designed, for this project, the platforms and systems brands, learning objects, new web sites, a reference portal, a collaborative environment for the platform users,communication and promotional tools (brochures, posters, panel, flyers, web quick tour) and I've managed the arrangement of several events.In the same period, in the same place but for a different internal customer, the Earth Observation Program Directorate, I've managed the Earth Observation Graphic Bureau of ESA (European Space Agency). This office provides graphic and communication support to all the ESA people, working in the different european establishments, to promote Earth observation topics.Both of this contract have been managed as a Dida Network representative on site (ESA‐Esrin).In the meanwhile I've maintained my collaboration with Dida as instructional designer and one of the Course I've dealt with was one for the Zegna's sellers about a new line of fragrances for man.

During these years I've provided my support to big organisations as Inail, Autostrade spa, BNL, Zegna, Messagero and Daikin to ideate and design the most successful e-learning and communication plans for theirs specific needs in order to facilitate and accelerate the achievement of their business goals.
