The prime objective is to prevent Revenue leakages for the organisation.• Working with different tools, doing research and analysis, and based on that generating Revenue. Back billing the customer if they are being under billed after complete health check and on that basis check whether to cease, Add, Amend the services.• Doing recovery work on different recovery controls like BNS (Bill no service), SNB (Service no bill), DI (Data Integrity) for both BT and EE customer accounts.• Performing risk analysis on revenue, and developing methods to mitigate risks• Organizing various training sessions for the team to enhance their performance andactively involved in planning and upgrading required infrastructure and competently handling change management, issue management and other process controls for relevant applications• Part of CI team, carrying out CI methodologies and ideas in the Organization and in my team to minimize waste and work effectively for the organization.

Deals with chasing the handset when customer wishes to return the handset and process accordingly (Order tracking, Escalations, order charges adjustments, Reverse upgrade, Sim Cancellations).• I act as back-up Support role to the team.• Helped the team in reporting analysis (Success failure Reports).
