Scope of duties in Social compliance• Hands on experience on Social compliance, Trade compliance, Supply chain security, Brand protection for Limited brands ( IPS) and maintaining more than 95 marks for that.• Have worked with other brands such as MGF, Landsend, LIDL, etc… and passed audit with high ratings• Responsible for ensuring healthy, safety & hygiene working environment in all Brandix intimate Apparel factories.• Facilitating Training and awareness for the required compliance levels on Brand protection, trade compliance, social & CTPAT areas (IPS).• Monitoring weekly work hour violations across the all cluster factories. Scope of duties in Risk & Process compliance, • Responsible for performing monthly audits & reporting to the top Management on the risk areas.• Responsible for performing factory control assessment 2nd level assurance (FCA).• Closely working with operations and corporate teams in problem solving for complete Corrective Action Plans.• Identifying areas of improvement and provide solutions for efficiency improvements to processes, procedure & Policies.• Reporting to Management on the existence and effectiveness of the system of internal controls. • Establishing audit objectives, designing and implementing audit methodologies, processes and audit report criteria. • Identifying and applying relevant professional standards and regulatory requirements. • Conducting Process audits. • Responsible for all Financial audits & System Audits (Lawson Infor smart office M3• ERP data accuracy analysis (Lawson Infor smart office M3). • MRP, Procurement and warehouse process audits and evaluations. • Key Performance Indicators accuracy Audits.• Special Investigations on process failures and financial payments.• Handling new process evaluations and implementations in multiple plants within the Brandix intimate cluster to make sure of 100% brand protection reconciliations.
