Rani is interested in learning about human behavior, especially children behavior. She loves writing and playing hope that She can make a research related to those areas.Currently, she is working in a food & beverage manufacturing company with her role to develop and engage employee to be the best version of them. She loves the role. Nowadays, she is in love to learn Critical Thinking and spread the knowledge she has, as CT is one of 21st century skills needed.She love to join volunteerism activity related to education and children. Joined Kelas Inspirasi, the volunteerism activity that we are allowed to teach elementary school student about our profession to make them more motivated, 2 times in 2 years. She also joined in my company program for children education.She is still involve in my mom's business, KUMON Arif Rahman Hakim, as a math teacher or consultant for changing behavior or behavior modification. She is passionate to learn about people behavior, still in love with psychology.
