Preparing Inventory Liquidation planning report for the materials on monthly basis with accounts team along with reconciliation of major materials6. Evaluating Project Performance using Earned Value Management7. Managing material requisition management in SAP S4HANA (Stock transfer, Material and service requisition, Logistic requisition, material transfer site basic, Debit Note, Sale Orders, Reservation and issuing of materials) 8. Working on VIM Invoice Management workflow for processing the billing documents and Tax invoices9. Involving in preparation of Future Cost to Completion (FCTC) and budget allocation in commercial and micro managerial points of view for site10. Assist in cost control by estimating the balance workings & further project requirements respect to materials and services

It was a great learning experience. Starting from reading the both civil and architectural plans to keeping record of quantification in a proper format (Measurement Sheet) with the help of various features of AutoCAD and MS Excel is really a big experience for me. Along with all of these, frequently site visits, site estimation process, JMR process, site safety induction also helped me a lot to explore my thoughts and knowledge.
