Current• Responsible for RPO & end-to-end recruitment process & Vendor Management.• Joining Kit formalities, Psychometric test, HR round, Salary negotiation, PI report, RHR approval, attendence mark.• Headhunting, Sourcing, screening the candidates according to the suitability of clients requirements• Handling & coordinating with vendor.• Identify, screen, and match qualified candidates to specific job orders. • Having experience in sourcing profiles from various Job Portals like Naukri.com, Monster.com and Timesjobs.com, Social Network & LinkedIn.• Interview scheduling, following up with candidate till joining.• Arranging & scheduling Interview for candidates based on the availability of the panel • Maintaining recruitment database and candidate records.• To post Advertise on Job Portals, Job Posting on Nokari & IIM Portal, Mass Mail, Bulk Mailing, Networking, and Referrals.• Solve candidate's problems regarding salary issues, notice period, job profile.• Creating daily, weekly & monthly reports
