ROLE AND RESPOSNSIBILITY-:-Developing and supervising the operations of new franchisees and the business development of franchise.-Providing training and information on the business policies and procedures and to develop new franchisees for the business.-Understanding and responding to potential franchisee inquiries.-Interviewing and assessing franchise applicants-Arranging promotional activities(ATL/BTL) to enhance sales.-Management of the entire franchisee recruitment process from lead management to sign-up of a new franchise-Commitment of monthly & quarterly franchise recruitment target for self & team and to reach them.-Customer, Partner and client relations
