Develop work procedure/ method statement for each activity following work & materials specifications as given in contract documents, considering risk management, job safety analysis & inspection.Accountable for the quality of every activity, precise knowledge of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural, and Structural discipline.Carrying our test & job at site as per approved ITP & checklist.

Responsible to implement, monitor and document the QC activities as per the established Inspection & Quality Control Procedures narrated in the Project Plan.To conduct random inspections, monitor the required tests and record inspections and tests made as per the Project Plan and Client Specifications an attainment of quality requirement.Ensure that all materials and equipment incorporated into permanent construction are in compliance with the contract requirements.Coordinate with Site Laboratory and Independent Testing Agencies to ensure that all requisite tests as per Project Specifications are conducted and the reporting is properly done.Raise Non-Conformance Reports and Site Observation Reports, for the activities which are deviated from the Contract Specifications or normal construction, refinery industry practices and to appraise the senior management. To prepare the material testing and IMIR prepare of the accomplished during the month and inspect material for concrete and mix design trail and approved from client and submit to RCM.Maintain Quality Records related to the project in a manner, which ensures proper identification, traceability and easy retrieval.Prepare audit reports and raise NCR’s and observations (if required) and follow up the close out of NCR’s and observations.Comply with and implement the local laws or Client requirements related to Health, Safety and Environmental aspects at workplace as per the bestow authority and responsibility.Arrange Quality Improvement Talk/Technical briefing in coordination with Project Managers/ Field Engineers and maintain records.To ensure that the equipment is calibrated and are checked for accuracy as per the Calibration Schedule.To co-ordinate the document control of technical submittals, drawings etc. with office engineers and to ensure that the QA/QC validation has been done, for the issue, amendment and recall of controlled documents.
