o Managing the complete maneuver of procurement staring from the scratch to the accomplishment of landing of the materials as per the business requirement.o Managing requisitions, creating purchase orders and placing orders with an aim to help the organization in cost savings.o Responsible for identifying the need of the product with the side view of its urgency and automating it considering the importance of the material right from sourcing, negotiating, making comparison on all aspects, finalizing Supplier and taking full care of delivery of the product.o Involved in identifying different vendors/suppliers to encounter the best price of the product to ensure the organizational profitability.o Work closely with production/ planning / costing and accounts department on all relevant issues such as quantity, quality, delivery payments etc.o Ensuring harmonious relationship with all the vendors in the market to ensure that for any product umpteen vendors are available to get best price.o Work closely with kitchen team to understand their day to day requirement and arrange the same.o To make purchase order and share with concern supplier. o Help IT Team to implement purchasing software.o Prepare reports on pricing & suppliers for the management to analyze and perform the budgeting calculations.

o Planning / ordering for purchase to meet production plans.o Setting up the weekly, monthly, quarterly procurement plan.o Procurement of raw material from national and international market through various online platforms/vendors.o Development of alternative local sources for imported raw materials which helps in cost saving.o Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.o Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.o Liaison with the production department to maintain optimum inventory.o Ensure inventory control needs are consistently met by regular discussions with the reporting manager and the team during the team hurdles. Coming up with different ideas of improving and developing inventory management process and procedures.o Implementing systems to avoid situations like over-stocking or out-of-stock which cause production and financial losses.o Liaison with finance department for timely payment of bills.o Developing reports on procurement and usage of material for top management.o Cost reduction through development of alternate suppliers and alternate materials.o Preparation of documentation for various purchase which includes custom clearance.o Develop and maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and various departments.

o Managing daily operational purchasing needs and taking care of instant requirements as and when required by the organization to ensure the smooth running of the operation.o Taking care of planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules.o Authorize and evaluate goods receipt, and ensure adherence to quality.o Manage and adhere to long-term contracts with vendors.o Ensure adequate stock levels.o Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
