Having worked for more than 20 years in Commercial Vehicle Segment in various capacities with 10 years of own venture in marketing of Trailer Parts, I have chosen to move to EV space.Have joined Krossmark Pvt ltd as their consultant for their Electric Vehicle Business.I would be spearheading the companies sales and marketing operations in domestic as well as export domain.Quite excited to explore this new promising segment which provides ample opportunity for growth. The Company has the right product range and expertise backed up by the desired Vision, Strength and Enthusiasm of the Promoters. Hoping to capitalise on all of these along with my managerial skills in nurturing the business going forward.

International Trade in PPE products. Well established network of clients and suppliers of Gloves and Masks. Direct sourcing from reputed Allocation Holders. Taking OEM contracts through our closely linked , reputed, manufacturing base in South East Asia. All of these units are accredited with certifications covering FDA510K, iSO,TUV l-13545 and many more. Have also expanded the product base to include Syringes, Needles, Blood bags, Air disinfectants etc.

Built a successful marketing company by offering a clear product differentiator backed by a 24*7 service support PAN india, thereby offering our clients with an enriching buying experience . The strategy of linking key clients with Trailer manufacturers helped built a brick wall of loyalty around the clients thereby providing an endless edge over competition. A successful review mechanism helped ensure that nothing went wrong in our path to excel

Created a division from inception. Was instrumental in steering the organisation in create a succesful brand in Trailer segment.

Instrumental in the progressive forward integration process by launching Trailer Axles and subsequently Trailers. Built and nurtured a succesful team of young professionals through team building and skill development courses along with on the field training programmes.Played a key role in the Ashok leyland-ANG joint venture for production and marketing of Trailers.

Grew Sales through segment focus as well as creative schemes for dealers and team involvement. Clear Shift of tactical focus from wholesale discounts to item wise pricing helped the channel build its profitability and subsequentlly improved their participation and offtake.

Instrimental in delinking traditional FIP business from Traded Auto Products thereby creating a seperate channel and focus for New Product introduction and growth..led many launches such as Bosch range of Traded Products , blaupunkt Car Stereo Systems etc.
