 Making ensure on the implementation of Projects Quality Plan, Acceptance criteria and frequency of testing. Coordinate with Construction Manager for day to day planning to ensure the QAQC is obtained by the project team. Responsible for preparation of project specific method statement in line with the technical specifications, from contractor and reviewing and approving the same. To maintain all RFIs in sequence with the RFIs numbers issued by Planning department. Ensure all RFIs are closed within 12hrs of time mandatorily. Assist Project Head in maintaining ISO QMS implementation.To assists Project Heads in establishing & implementing a Quality Organisation , by developing standard operating procedures , Checklists , ITPs , for each construction activity. Ensuring sample approval process is implemented. In process inspections , issuing site instructions & ensure compliances and recording Checklists , Pour cards.

Projects:- New Medical College and HospitalEnsuring to implement approved Quality management system and project Quality Plan. Maintaining the documentation associated with the QC system in all the tasks of the project. Coordinate and monitor all execution team and sub contractors team and their work.  Coordinate with consultants and contractors in the assigned area to ensure compliance with Quality To plan & conduct subcontractor inspection activities and reviews of subcontractor work.Reviewing and approving project and contractor quality documents, ITPs, work procedures as per BIS standards, material specifications , MQR, QAP, QMS, Project Specifications and Quality manual.

Coordinate and monitor all execution team and sub contractors team and their work. Inspect and record all the material received. Implementing all QA / QC systems at all the sites. To conduct inspection of raw materials bought out items and review of material test certification and specification requirement.. Plan, organize & implement test plans according to project requirements.. To plan & conduct subcontractor inspection activities and reviews of subcontractor work. Inspect and supervise all inspection activities like Civil & structural Tests, Inspections such as AIVmoisture content, gradation, concrete slump, concrete compression,Bricks test and grades etc. Organizing for surveillance and Inspection activities as per the requirements. Organizing for general inspection on all subcontractor work. Responsible for quality control lab, generating documents as per the contractual requirement or procedure. Attending all meetings with connect to meetings Quality Control and Quality Assurance. Perform Inspection to verify compliance of all the sites under his jurisdiction.
