I am a BIW (Body in White) Design Engineer. I am assigned with the designing and modelling of automobile parts as per the customer needs.

I am assigned with different tasks as, extraction of class B surface, cleanup of CAD models using CATIA. Meshing the cleaned-up CAD in Ansys ICEM-CFD. Importing that mesh to Fluent for the simulation to achieve the expected result.Solidworks Drafting of NWSM components & parts by applying GD&T.

Simulate the prototype of wing on different parameters of Velocity, alpha, beta & Angle of Attack.Studying the data obtained after the Solution, on how it performs under different conditions.

Creating of Final Assembly drawing of Wiring Harness on AutoCAD, creating BOM, Cutting chart, and Feasibility of Diagrams, SAP( BOM creation & updation)

Learned how to reduce energy consumption in the Textile Industry. Using that knowledge I reduce the Energy Bill of a Textile Manufacturing Unit as a part of the Internship Project given to us.

Used best of my knowledge to understand how the Boiler and the Turbines are working to produce 135MW of electricity on daily basis, under the supervision of the Mechanical Maintenance Department.

Used AutoCAD, PTC Creo, CATIA to draft assemblies, models, and other technical drawings.Interpreted blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports for new project development.
