After completing my schooling from St. Mary’s Convent, Allahabad and graduation from Allahabad University went on to do B.Ed. from the prestigious Isabella Thoburn College in Lucknow.My Teaching Career took off from Convent of Jesus and Mary, Shimla, my marriage got me to New Delhi in 1985 and joined the prestigious DPS, Mathura Road in 1987 as a Primary School Teacher, where I am still in service as Headmistress of the Primary Wing.Over the years from just being Teacher, many jobs of responsibilities were coming my way :House Wardenship, Repships of various classes, Activity In charge, Discipline In charge, Conducting Early Childhood Education for Teachers, Monitoring Examinations and various other backend Teacher Resource Work. Introduced Online and Offline Classes and Remedial Classes for Students during Pandemic and Post Pandemic to bridge the learning gaps of the children specially EWS children.I was the Academic Coordinator from 2016-2018 and in 2018 was appointed Headmistress of the Junior Wing, DPS Mathura Road and continue till date.As an educationist, I have experienced many teaching methodologies, I feel my deep understanding of Child Psychology coupled with astute management skills touched the hearts of all learners.
