 Trade & Key Accounts {Modern Trade}• Making PO formats {Updating NEW Design, MRP, Dimension & Shape} same is update with sales team & factory team.• Coordinate with Distributor & vendors on mails & calls (Lifestyle, Home Town, Big Bazaar, Trent, Walmart Cash & carry, Nilkamal, Metro Cash & Carry, Reliance Mart, Virgo, Hypercity, Shoppers Stop, Future Retail Ltd, Tesco & D’Mart), Hotel, Restaurant, Caterers, Canteen store Department and Institution in all India for Purchase Order. • Coordinate with the factory for the dispatches of orders.• Apply for the way bill once the Invoice is generated as per location of vendor. • Track the goods status & Inform customers to arrange appointments or make follow-up calls to confirm delivery dates & inform to vendor of unforeseen delays.• Check the Qty, design, prices, discounts and product numbers and make the order record excel sheet then forward to factory for despatching. • Issue Credit Note & Debit Note as per requirement. (Damages, Shortages, Excess Received & Rate Diff)• Follow up for the payments & C ‘Forms. • Maintain the Purchase Order Sheet on daily basis, Sales Reports on Monthly, and Quarterly & Yearly basis. Prepare Product report to analysis Sales and for MOQ. • Preparing Rate Matrix for Distributors.• Checking & approving Sales Team's Travelling & dearness allowances on weekly basis following the Company policy.• To ensure that representatives have sufficient quantities of sales support material, such as product brochures or case studies.• Act as a first point of contact for urgent calls, emails and messages when sales representatives are not available.• Handling Queries of all India Distributors & Dealers on mails & Phones.• Carrying out administrative tasks as assign.
